Here is quick summary on what is going on at EarthSoft this week:

Mitch Beard, EarthSoft’s CEO, is in Salzburg, Austria now, after having just left Paris. He will give EQuIS demos to several folks at ConSoil.

Sarah Wright will be in Australia for most of October to spend time with our Australian clients; specifically trainings with URS Australia and Peabody Energy.

Arcadis ordered more hosted systems this week.

Emily Mulford spoke last week about Critigen training – ~30 people so far.

Office Hours – Getting Support from EarthSoft – September 30, 2010

In this Office Hours session, Bob Cowell, a key member of EarthSoft’s Help Desk, will review the number of ways EarthSoft provides support to clients and review the numerous resources that EarthSoft has made available to help clients. During this Office Hours session, Bob will provide tips on; emailing Help Desk, contacting other users by utilizing the EarthSoft Community Center forum, using online documentation, as well as provide a behind the scenes look at the tools EarthSoft uses to track and manage client inquiries.

This session will be held at 11am EDT (-5 GMT) and 6pm EDT (-5 GMT) on August 5th.

In this EarthSoft Office Hour video, Bruce Jacobs, HydroAnalysis’s head of development will demonstrate the new features of EnviroInsite7. HydroAnalysis released a major upgrade to EnviroInsite. EnviroInsite7 includes many new capabilities including the ability to tap into maps from online Web Mapping Services, trend analysis, expansion of integrated hatch patterns, improvements to the boring log routines, expanded help-file style documentation, a faster graphics library, and improvements to the interface through incorporation of .NET control features.

In this office hours, EarthSoft’s EDGE Product Manager will demonstrate how to create Field EDD and COC templates, and will pull the wraps off the new version of EDGE, which will deliver better performance, and improved user experience.

This session will be held at 11am EDT (-5 GMT) and 6pm EDT (-5 GMT) on September 16th.
