In addition to our on-line wiki and discussion group, we provide a knowledgeable technical support staff ready to answer EQuIS-related technical questions from our users. The EarthSoft Help Desk answers requests in the order in which they are received.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail for each (new) support request. This confirmation email will contain a case number and should be received within ten (10) minutes of your request. If you have not received a confirmation email for a support request, please resubmit your request or call the EarthSoft Help Desk at the number below.
